Kuwait and UN Chapter VII
In my past posts about the UN Chapter VII is that it comes down to security inside and outside of Iraq the projection of security to Iraq's Arab neighbors. If Kuwait and Saudi Arabia and other Iraq Arab neighbors do not feel the security between the countries are acceptable then you can rest assure that UN Chapter VII will remain for the foreseeable future.
According to the article security between Iraq and Kuwait is very important and more important then money.
