Iraq Signs New Agreement with IMF
In the absence of a Parliament Speaker at least the government of Iraq is getting something’s done. Recently the Finance Minister Jabr Al-Zubaydi, just signed an agreement with the IMF to the lifting of subsidies of oil by products.
The Iraq parliament will meet next month April in a new session where they will once again try and elect a new Parliament speaker. Some are still waiting on the Iraq Federal court ruling on the matter.
