The target Rate Announced in Amman Jordan

In last months meeting in Amman Jordan at the Iraqi Banking conference the target rate for the the Iraqi currency is 1250.

Is that 1 nid = $1.25 usd or 1250 nid = $1.00 usd.

The information about the exchange rate was announced at the Amman meeting Apr 07.

Additional information is forthcoming from the meeting.
